Who am I?

Hello, I'm Allan Machado I'm a Production Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, with more than 15 years of experience in Project Management, Product Development, RFQ Process for New Equipment, Design Review Approval Process, Components Manufacturing Approval, Equipment Approval Test (Buy-off), Site Preparation Conditions before Site Opening, Equipment Assembled and Commissioning. With a strong communicating attitude, it clearly has provided me a propulsion to implement solutions easier. Working on Development and Manufacturing at multicultural environment could brought me a sophisticated and strong strategic thinking for problem solving even into new situations. Between April-July 2024, as Stamping Specialist in charge to manage the Anti-Vibration System implementation into Tandem Stamping Press Line (Stages 2-3-4), reducing the Vibration Level From 92dB to 54dB.
