Electrical Manufacturing Architecture:
•Engineer in charge of Electrical unit program management involved in ensuring delivery of the next-generation Electrical Vehicle Architecture (EVA) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). From initial feasibility through to detailed launch planning and delivery (Agile Methodology), and into volume production of both vehicles and powertrain units. Key Core Activities: - Providing leadership and guidance using 3D Experience and Catia V6, to be able to view and interrogate geometry integration; - Communicate a technical concept and strategy vision to the wider vehicle and Power Train electrification teams in order to drive toward a single optimised roadmap using JIRA to track/manage impacts on Vehicle Programme; - UNECE 156 for SUMS (Software Update Management System): Management assistance for software process evaluation to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.

•PM and SM of an Internal Web Application for Business Intelligence and Data Storytelling working with PO's, Designers and Data Scientists to transform the product roadmap into features while managing the development team that makes all that possible;
•Engineer in charge to provide technical assessment CAE Autoform Stamping Feasibility Simulation for BIW (Sheet Metal and Aluminum Parts) in terms of Cost Reduction such as Process Driven Product Design for Ford North America Programs;
•Body Structure Engineer responsible to Refine and incorporate material cost reduction with best practices;
•Support cross-skill team, cross-region and cross-functional cooperation through joint projects, regular communications, effective process documentation and general behavior demonstration;
•Body Structure Engineer responsible to lead supplier cost reduction ideas in terms of Body Structures panels giving stamping feasibility assessments to incorporate changes (ie.: Downgauge, Downgrade, Design changes, Process Changes) based on best practices and lessons learned;

•Application Engineer in charge to track attributes impacts on JIRA (i.e.: Safety, NVH, Durability , Seat Belt Pull, Weight) based on specifically proposal in terms of material cost reduction ideas.
•Main VOME Stamping Engineer responsible for new Ford EcoSport, Ford Ka, new Ford Ranger and new Ford Focus working since the beginning of the program focused on RFQ, Die Design Review, Engineering Change cost reduction and lead time implementation improvements for the Stamping commodity until the launch, passing through for all Build event phases.
•Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in charge for managing the New Model Launch in feasibility assessment for Stamping Manufacturing of Global Programs developed in South America, Manufactured in different facilities and sell in all continents.
•Press and Automation Engineering - Lead Engineer in charge: -Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement of new manufacturing automation systems or for changes to existing manufacturing automation systems within the stamping plants; -Liaisons with Plant and other Ford engineering department activities in the preparation of engineering solutions and technical specifications; -Provide technical specification and supporting documentation to enable Purchasing to issue Purchase Information Requests to prospective equipment manufacturers;
•Highlight: Lead Engineer in charge to implement the Tryout Stamping Press Installation Process going through RFQ process, Components Manufacturing, Pre-assembly at Manufacturer, Equipment Approval Test (Buy-off), Site Preparation Conditions before Site Opening, Rigging Plan Validation, equipment assembled and commissioning.
